This is a neighbourhood corner bar and kitchen in one of Paris's top tourist spots, at the foot of the steps leading to the Sacré-Cœur basilica. It doesn't look particularly sophisticated, but the food is of high quality, if plain. Prices are at the lower end of what you'll find in Montmartre.
