O'Tacos Tour Eiffel — Restaurant in Paris

In the US, we have Taco Bell. In France, there's Taco Hell. Many restaurants, and even quite a few fast-foods, around the Eiffel Tour are pretty damn good. I've now found one particularly horrible exception. Oh' NO!' Tacos. The tables are filthy, the servers and 'managers' are really disagreeable and they are actually pretty unkempt as if they haven't gone home for days. The "dining room" is the size of a walk-in closet. Their bathroom is actually bigger than the dining room, although it's really unsanitary. It's certainly not a place to wash your hands, opt for sanitizer. Now you also have the option of eating outside on the terrace, I mean in the street, literally! They put the chairs and tables in the street! I guess you could call it road trip food. Speaking of food, the "food", from the very first bite, is ... challenging. First of all, the very soft tacos are more like square burritos and nothing inside is real or natural. There is so much sauce and melted cheddar cheese to mask everything, you're not really sure what's inside. Is there beef or chicken or veggies? Impossible to tell. One thing you do really taste: soggy fries. What are fries doing in a taco disguised as a square burrito? Now the desserts really knock it out of the ballpark: stale doughnuts and industrial cookies. Oh and they do offer "tiramisu." But it has the consistency and taste of an overly-sweetened caramel yoghurt drink. Even though the soft drinks are refrigerated, they are not cold at all and they don't have any ice. Now the "music" goes perfectly with the "food": They blast a really cheesy kitsch music channel that gives you the full Oh'NO!' Tacos experience. You're better off going to one of the half-dozen Chipotles in Paris for a real Burrito with fresh ingredients! And truth be told, I have no connection whatsoever to Chipotle or any establishments in the service industry. I just like sharing my experiences with the world: the good, the bad and the ugly. I recently tried O'Tacos Tour Eiffel and I was blown away by the delicious and satisfying meal. This popular fast food chain specializes in overstuffed tacos with a variety of fillings and toppings to choose from.

I ordered the chicken taco and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the generous portion size filled me up quickly. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, including lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, as well as the bbq-sauce that was the perfect complement to the dish. Je vous écris pour exprimer ma profonde indignation et demander des explications sur une expérience scandaleuse vécue récemment dans votre établissement O’Tacos Tour Eiffel. Fidèle client de votre enseigne depuis longtemps, j’ai toujours apprécié la qualité de vos produits. Cependant, ce dernier passage a complètement détruit la confiance que j’avais en votre marque.

J’ai emmené ma compagne dîner chez vous, convaincu de passer un moment agréable. À notre grande surprise, nous avons été servis des tacos d’une taille ridicule, bien inférieure à celle à laquelle nous étions habitués. Intrigué, j’ai poliment demandé au vendeur s’il y avait eu un changement dans les portions. Non seulement il m’a affirmé qu’aucune réduction n’avait été faite, mais son ton a immédiatement basculé dans l’agressivité.

Cette attitude est inacceptable. Me retrouver face à un vendeur hostile, parlant mal le français, incapable de répondre calmement à une simple question, m’a profondément choqué. Je me suis senti menacé et contraint de quitter l’établissement. Ce n’est pas seulement une déception gastronomique, c’est un manque de respect flagrant envers un client.

Je veux comprendre : est-ce une dérive isolée de cette succursale ou est-ce le reflet d’une nouvelle politique de votre enseigne ? Ce que j’ai vécu n’est ni tolérable ni excusable. Je réclame des explications et une prise de responsabilité immédiate.
