Pizzeria Positano — Restaurant in Paris

What an absolute treat! I’d walked for about 30mins looking for a restaurant serving pasta/ Gnocchi when I’d given up and was heading back! Walked past this little hidden gem on a side street. As I read the menu outside out of curiosity, I could see I now Had more that one option! Do I go for the king prawn linguine I’ve wanted all day, the gnocchi in tomato sauce which you can never go wrong with, or the the huge pizza the guy was having seated! I went for the tomato based gnocchi with a green salad and a homemade apple pie with ice cream for dessert and let me tell you, it was alllll inc the salad and their serving of 0.5lt sparkling water (you normally get the baby size or the 1ltr) beyond EXCEPTIONAL! I ate every ounce of everything and even wiped the homemade tomato sauce down with the freshly baked bread! I’ve never written a review before but I’m glad this is my first one! Thank you chef & team! Also I had lunch earlier at a fancy restaurant, everything once service was terrible! Service here by every gentleman is, again, EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you once again! I look forward to many more visits...

I went with my mother. She liked her pizza. It was a simple margarita! The ingredients were fresh, the mozzarella was super good.

You then may ask why only 4 stars? Well, let's simply answer service.

There were 3 waiters for 50 potential people. During our stay, they were 4 tables of two, occupied throughout all our dinner. None had asked "is everything fine?", none had kept our "carafe d'eau" full. I always had to raise my hand for it.

When I asked for none-spicy olive oil for the pizza, they brought in the spicy one thus I had to exchange my pizza for my mom's because she couldn't eat spicy 😂.

I would recommend "take home" in...

Food still good a decade later. Was a bit worried since lately all my old fav go-to spots were overrun with tourists and tasted so bad… but this one remained the same. I was by myself so i couldnt order more than just a Margherita pizza. But it was still so good! perfectly thin and not soggy. Crust is delicious as always. i usually can’t finish an entire pizza but this time i did. Didn’t have enough room to try my other favorite pulpo salad. I hope i can go back for that and i hope it also tastes...
