Today, unfortunately I had a very negative experience. I used to lunch at the restaurant from time to time and liked it. However, I came across with a very impolite waiter who just passed by me waiting at the entrance to be given a table. He told me nothing, not even "bonjour, j'arrive tout de suite". There was no eye contact, he passed as if there was no one waiting. Then, he passed by me again and I said "bonjour" first as if I was the personnel and he was the client. He looked at me like "what do you want?" Apparently, he was not trained to be client-oriented and he lacks very basic communication skills like politeness.
Two managers, I believe those wore managers, a short lady with black hair and a man in glasses, who came to me, did not resolve the situation. The lady apparently lacks communication skills as well. I mean when a client comes to eat to your restaurant - to pay you the money - it is your chance to make that client come back as often as possible. However, Restaurant Chez Bartolo is not aware of the latter. The lady and the mister told me they were sorry for their colleague and there were no vacant places, however, there were at least 3 tables with no clients.
Well, apparently, I left the restaurant, and it lost a regular client. It could be superb if a manager of Restaurant Chez Bartolo reads my comment and pay more attention of his employees'...

After waiting 10 minutes to have our order taken, drinks took 25 minutes to get to us (lemonade which had to be diluted with two more glasses of water and frappe, which was actually ice coffee). We asked two times for the drinks and the second time we were asked what we had initially ordered, okay. Food followed, pasta was quite delicious actually, pizza regina was, well, interesting. As it was placed on the table, I noticed a big strand of hair starting from the side going to the middle. Actually looking like the mess that cumulates in the sinkholes and was burnt. Sent the pizza back and got it 5 minutes later, only now cleaned of the burnt hair somehow not there anymore. Was starving so got over it and ate the other half.
