I have been to this place once and I have not much to say about the coffee and food since I did not even get the chance because of a rude behavior of the staff. And now I can see that there are lots of reviews on this place that says the staff was discriminatory and rude towards them, which is very concerning. I can understand a service place to have a bad reviews on timing, management, price or taste but this is really sad to see for a popular place to be this rude to their customers and have bunch of reviews saying this is the case! I understand the limitations/preferences in the cafe itself and I respect them. And I respect asking people to stop in certain areas. Thatโs their place really they can do whatever they want and tell people to not take pics or not sit somewhere. But I am a big believer of being nice while doing those. Otherwise why open a cafe I wonder ๐ค My experience started with a rude comeback at my ask to have an extra shot in my coffee which they replied as no. (I am pretty sure there was an espresso shot at the time on the menu - I could pay for it if suggested but anyways) I did not read much into it even though the attitude was a bit more than it needed. We ordered two coffees and paid, went outside to wait - bear in mind we ordered take away and was going to get on our way as soon as we get our coffees. The place was not crowded and we sat outside (for like a minute) One of our friends had a coffee from another place so from the window they called her and wanted her to get up. She did. And a staff came out to say that she cannot sit here with a cup from another place. Guys she literally finished that coffee by the time he finished his sentence btw๐ And we were so shocked by the attitude, and we said did you start making the coffee at all? and if not we said we want to cancel the order. I think it was purely because of how they were approaching aggressively towards us. Which escalated afterwards as aggressively paying the money back into my hands and starting to argue. They were soo ready to argue๐ฉ They straight up started to shout when I was replying back. They honestly made a simple coffee hop so dramatic and unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope clarity and peace to the staff. I can clearly see they have their days and โdaysโ reading the comments. Also replying back rudely to any comments people leave here is so aligning with what I experienced. Nevertheless I suggest them to be busy on service than nitpicking small stuff and making it a bad experience for people. And maybe a therapy on expressing feelings calmly and respectfully โจ

Super uncalled for and surprised by such treatment. After reading all the negative comments on Google, I can attest that itโs true that the owners have such bad attitude at treating their customers. 100% sure they would respond passive aggressively after this post and make up lies to defend themselves.
