We were in Paris for three days and ate at 7 Nouilles twice. This restaurant is top notch. Great location, clean and modern dining area, but the best part is the people. You can feel the family vibe as soon as you walk in the door here. From the staff behind the counter to the super-friendly waitresses, this place made us feel so happy and welcome the minute we walked inside.
Onto the food. We got chicken spring rolls and pork dumplings for starters. I have NEVER had spring rolls like these in my entire life. The way they were blistered from the frying process was totally unique and added such a nice crunch and texture to the delicious ingredients inside. These are 100% the best spring rolls I have ever had. The dumplings were steamed (my favourite) and had a beautiful light crisp on the underside for a perfect soft bite with a wonderful crisp to finish it off. The filling itself with the sauce was amazing for a totally pleasurable umami experience.
For our mains we got the fried beef noodles, fried noodles with fried chicken, and the spicy beef noodle soup. These noodles are incredible. It is very easy to tell that they are handmade with care in every bite. The texture of them was perfect. Paired with the other ingredients in the plates, the flavours were beautiful, dancing around my mouth with joy. Everything was so tasty and the portions were HUGE. You won’t find better authentic homemade noodles at this price point, and I would put these among the top of the list of all the noodle places I’ve eaten at.
Overall, this place is a 10/10 and left us feeling so happy and satisfied. We love 7 Nouilles and the wonderful people that make it the special place that it is. If we are ever back in Paris we will 100% be eating here again.
Thank you so much...
Read moreUpdate: the restaurant just explained to me that their broth is made by fresh beef bones and vegetables so that the flavor is not as heavy as I expected. Nice attitude! And I remember there are bottles on the table for seasoning.
I getta say again: the noodle in itself is not bad, both ramen type and sliced type. If you wanna something special or a suprise, you will disappointed. But if you just simply wanna something to eat and comfort your stomach, it is actually at good price and quite satisfying.
Honestly, even as someone who lives nearby, I can hardly recommend this restaurant if you have other options. The hand made noodle is just fine with an on average quality in Paris like other Chinese noddle restaurant. The flavor is a little bit light considering the aiming customers are non-chinese tourists. The price is a little bit high, like over 12e per bowl, since the location is close to the Eiffel Tower, but still acceptable. Staffs are friendly and nothing else special about the place.
If you just pass by and wanna some Chinese style noodles to eat, you can take a try. Otherwise, there's no need to come across the city and just have a simple...
Read moreWe visited this restaurant about 40 minutes before closing, hoping for a relaxed meal. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The person who served us—who identified herself as the cashier, waitress, and owner—was quite rude and seemed more interested in rushing us out than welcoming us in.
Several key items on the menu, like the hand-stretched ramen noodles and soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), were already sold out. While that can be understandable near closing time, what really made the experience unpleasant was the attitude. She reminded us three times during the ordering process that they were closing in 30 minutes, and her tone felt more like a warning than a courtesy. Rather than offering suggestions or helping us navigate the limited options, she abruptly asked, “Do you want it or not?”
It felt very clear that whether we ordered or not, we were expected to be out by the closing time—no exceptions, no hospitality. This was one of the most unfriendly restaurant experiences...
