As I said before, this hotel was amazing, the staff was amazing from the moment we got there, she offered her something to drink. She made sure he had something to eat. She even held our luggage until we were able to check in and gave us directions on where we wanted to go it was amazing. I felt so comfortable. There were 3 staff that I encountered every single one of them were friendly, we did not have a universal charger. They made sure we were able to charge our phones. By giving us a universal charger to use while we're there, this place was amazing. The rooms were small, but they were so comfortable. It was really, really, a comfortable place. It was in a perfect area. Everything you need is right there in that area. You will not have to Go-no-further. I even walked 45 minutes with my husband down to the lavore, straight down the serene. It was a simple walk because you had so much to see. Eiffel Tower was in walking distance before you got to the Eiffel Tower. You're gonna find so many other things. Their food souvenir shops drinks, everything is right there. Friends, new people I felt so secure because the police officers were always out and about, and they had their weapons ready, which was kind of scary, but it was a comfortable feeling as well. The hotel staff was amazing. Like I said, they even acknowledged my husband and myself. 10th year anniversary that did not go unnoticed. We appreciated that the bathroom was comfortable. People say, "Oh, this place is small." This place is this this place is for sleeping. You're there to see the scenery. The Eiffel Tower you're there to see the beautiful places in Paris, that room was very comfortable. I loved it, it felt so intimate.I recommend going there.I recommend staying there.I recommend enjoying the food.We do not get a chance to try the breakfast but it's delicious. We were not early wakers, because we're that used at a time frame but the food smell delicious.I know that they said it was fourteen dollars euro per person just in case your interested. But like I said, it did smell delicious. Even the cleaning man he was there, and he made sure we had everything we didn't need for nothing while we were there. Whether it was ice, whether it was directions, whether it was laugh, whether it was a compliment that was three and meaningful, and the smiles were just exceptional. This place felt like home. These people were like family. I tried to do a cute little photo shoot in the hotel because it was just such a beautiful scenery inside and outside as you're walking through the streets my alley, I'm kind of insecure because I lost over 210 pounds. So I have a lot of scary because of the skin removals that I went under, but I still tried to give, paris all of me.

Terrible experince. When i came to check in staff was friendly and wanted to help me. Checking in was nothing special. Building itself is located 700m from eiffel tower in some side street. My room was maybe 6-2 square meters. It’s very small and dark. I didn’t have ceiling lamp in my room what caused it to be very dark. There was one small window directly to shower and another one to hallway. There is none sound protection so room is very noisy. Atleast there was air condition. One of my lamps didn’t even work. I even found some bugs in my bathroom. There is absolutely no way you can sleep before 22.00. There was some type of construction going on upstairs from 7.00 to atleast 23.00. They were drilling something 21.00 wich sounded awful in my room. Also they were smashing something to walls and floor what made some loud noises. Room is not quiet. Breakfast was very poor and not worth it. Coffee machine was broken and staff didn’t even fix it altought i said it’s broken to them. Croisants tasted like sweaty day old ones. There was like five options what you can eat. Croisants, bread, egg, some type of dessert an youghurt were the options. I think breakfast is not worth it. Good things about this hotel: Room was clean Reception guy was friendly Air condition Right next to eiffel tower Bad things about this hotel Room was small and dark Breakfast was very poor It was loud all the time Staff didn’t speak english expect one

My wife and I spent a week in the double room with a “view” of the Eiffel Tower. First of all, the so called view was only the upper part of the Eiffel Tower, but we could live with that. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was great, near everything we needed. The negative was the room, on top of the view as I already said, the room was really small, for a couple with two luggages was impossible to move around, the storage room was tiny, we fit just some of my stuff. However, the best part was the toilet. I am 5ft6, not a tall guy and I couldn’t use the toilet properly, if you are 6ft you can’t do your business at all, also the shower is basically a tiny square, where you have to decide if you wash your front or your back when you enter, because if you try to turn around your butt will hit the handle and you will get a very hot or cold shot of water. Furthermore, the rooms are not sound proof, I could hear my next door neighbours having sex and snoring throughout the night. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel if you are staying longer than two nights.

From CDG Airport we purchased tickets for the Navigo easy pass (suitable for the metro) and tickets for the RER b. We took the airport shuttle bus then the RER b and two métros and got out at the metro stop called École militaire which is very close to the Hotel (If you know where you are going) we asked several people and we got there in the end!!!! I think I would advise instead getting the airport bus to Opéra and then the métro from there to école militaire as this is easier If using public transport.|Anyway the obvious positive about this hotel is it's close location to the Eiffel tower. It is literally within walking distance! If shopping is your thing take the metro à few stops to Commerce(I think the direction of the metro is Balard) and you have Sephora and some lovely clothes shops here. If you take the metro the other direction (i think Créteil is the direction)you will be in more central Paris. We took the Tootbus sightseeing bus from here and saw lovely views of the city. Back to my review of the hotel itself now. The room was compact but has everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Toiletries, Shower, hairdryer, tv, tea coffee making facilités etc... breakfast was delicious and plenty of things to choose from including chocolate croissants, pancakes, eggs, toast, french bread yoghurts etc. It would be nice If there was some fruit too to choose from. Other than that I can't complain. The coffee machine was broken both days we were there but the lady there made lovely coffee in a pot. Soo nice!!! |So now the négatives the first night I woke at 3am and heard a beeping noise. I was concerned and so I contacted the night porter. He said it was normal. However It was not noising the next night so I don't know what it was. The room I found could get very hot( our visit was mid April and it was very hot in the room) there are windows to an Inner courtyard but I would not leave them open all night like I do at home. There was air conditioning in the room also if you find it gets too hot.|After checkout at 11am we asked the man at réception If we could store our bags there for a little while as we had an evening flight. Luckily we were allowed to store our bags there after checkout which gave us à chance to explore à little bit more and buy any last souvenirs for friends (there are lots of souvenir shops nearby...

Trust me if I could give it 0 stars I would, my mom booked a family room, which I guess in their eyes means cramming as many beds in a room as possible. Two twins, and a full bed, the room was so small and tight we could barely fit our luggage in the room! But it gets better, we walk in and the room looks NOTHING like the pictures they try and sell you, and on top of that they supply you with two fans, because guess what! No AC! But if you open the windows you hear EVERYTHING, the walls are paper thin and everything echoes in the area you hear everyone and everything they are doing. Not only this but they put the garbage right by our room and try and “cover” it with a curtain. Gross! Now on to the bathroom, we open the door and the WHOLE bathroom is covered from the shower, ceiling, floor, everywhere with BLACK MOLD! It smelled and looked so disgusting, when we told the front desk people, they came in to look and said “oh thats normal, when it rains here and then gets hot”, um excuse me but no its not, its absolutely not okay by any means! They were completely booked, but did not offer a refund or even free breakfast, we paid over $500 for 2 nights and this is how we were treated! After 2 1/2 weeks in europe we were staying our last 2 nights here and we didnt even shower or want to use the toliet because of how dangerous and nasty the bathroom was. Would definately not recommend this hotel, unless your looking to pay $$$ to stay in a mold...
