Brunch au sein d'un hôtel 5 étoiles près de Bastille. Jolie décoration, belle espace intérieur et terrasse couverte très lumineuse. Formule brunch en partenariat avec land&monkeys (boulangerie 100% végétale) au prix de 65€ par personne. Boisson chaude à volonté (très bon chocolat chaud non vegan par contre), jus pressée orange, pamplemousse ou ananas. 4 choix d'oeufs cuisinés et 3 choix de plat (viande, poisson ou végétarien) avec son accompagnement au choix. Buffet salé et sucré à volonté en plus. Les oeufs sont très classiques, les oeufs brouillés étaient trop cuits à notre goût, ça manquait d'un petit twist aussi. Les plats sont meilleurs, bien cuisinés et avec une touche d'originalité. Le buffet salé est très bon dans l'ensemble avec des produits de qualité. J'ai adoré le poireau vinaigrette avec la bonne sauce maison. Les mini croques monsieurs aussi étaient bons ! La partie sucrée du buffet était pas mal dans l'ensemble, les produits 100% végétals étaient bien realisés, gourmands comme des produits classiques (hormis les viennoiseries à la margarine dont je ne suis pas fan) et il y avait du choix (tarte, cheesecake, verrine, fromage blanc). L'ensemble était satisfaisant et malgré le prix élevée, la prestation et le cadre sont à la hauteur. Le service était parfait, tous les serveurs étaient adorables et les plats à la carte sont servis extrêmement vite.

Locale che la domenica offre un brunch decisamente interessante e dal rapporto qualità/prezzo senza dubbio molto positivo. Ambiente raffinato (si tratta comunque del ristorante di un albergo di fascia alta anche se per gli standard italiani non si tratta certo di un 5 stelle), ma abbastanza informale. Il servizio, a volte un po' in confusione, è svolto da personale giovane. Bella e luminosa la sala con la veranda coperta. La formula (55 euro a coperto) prevede una bevanda calda, un piatto principale del giorno - solitamente a scelta fra una pasta, un pesce e una pietanza di carne - con contorno, un piatto a base di uova (notevole l'avocado toast) e l'accesso al buffet in cui si trovano insalate, formaggi, stuzzichini, affettati. Preparazioni semplici, ma con materie prime di livello. Anche acqua e succhi di frutta sono a completa disposizione. Ancora più ricca la sezione del buffet dedicata ai dolci, fra prodotti da forno, pasticceria mignon, crepes e fette di torta. Piccole note negative a margine: qualche sedia in vimini con evidenti segni del tempo e l'area del pane, specie verso fine servizio, con qualche moscerino di troppo a appoggiarsi sulle pietanze. We greatly enjoyed our meals at Restaurant Maison Breguet. We had breakfast daily during our stay and had dinner one evening. We also enjoyed cocktails in the bar. The bar & restaurant managers and servers are all quite top notch. The various Chef’s were all quite good in delivering delicious made to order breakfast dishes, as well as appetizing meals to us. Definitely a hidden gem on Rue de Breguet.

It was the first time I went to the Maison Breguet. It was pleasant overall, even if I expected a bit more.Menu is quite short, which is not a problem; however the fish of the day was not available. And after ordering one of the cerviches, the waiter came back to say it was not available. We were located on a OK table, but it would be appreciated to be given the option to eat in the bar area, which looks stunning, at least when there are not a lot of customers. Food was nice, so was the wine. We had a young lady who came to bring the dishes who was great and made an effort to create rapport with us. We saw her also when we paid and we definitely left...

Had dinner, and drinks a few nights while staying at hotel. The service is excellent.. the ambiance is really nice and the decor is top notch. We found the food good but not great especially for the price. The steak au poivre had far too much green peppercorn in there making it unbalanced, however the steak was cooked well… The roast chicken was tad bit on dry side likely from sitting at the pass.. but was good.. the beef tartar was done really well.. the wines are great and so are cocktail and staff does an...

I had the pleasure of using this restaurant to host my wedding lunch ! The food, the service , the team were excellent ! As an American living in Paris, I was amazed to see how generous and how attentive this establishment was to ensure everything was perfect for my wedding day!
