If you're planning to dine at Sabraj, I would suggest going for one of their set menus, as ordering a la carte can be a frustrating experience. Some items on the menu take an unusually long time to prepare, and the wait staff does not give prior notice about this, leaving you to wait for a long time for your food to arrive. However, if you do go for the set menu, the food is quite good and reasonably priced.

Read moreBest restaurant so far in Paris, considering how well the staff took plant based eaters seriously.
They also provided in-depth information about the origin and preparation of the dishes. The staff genuinely seemed interested in us not just as customers but as people coming to experience new dining experiences. The flavors were truly rich, and you could taste the combination of fresh ingredients and spices. For the price, it's a real hidden gem, and I will definitely visit again when I return to Paris.

The cardamom tea left a really good taste in my mouth for a long time. Even though the main course, I had to skip the cream due to my vegan diet, it still tasted amazing because of the successful use of fresh spices.
The whole group was satisfied. I recommend it...
