MAISON FRANÇOIS | Location d’appartements – Quartier Latin, centre de Paris — Hotel in Paris

This is a great Left Bank location for exploring the area. It's fewer than five minutes from the Luxembourg Gardens. We walked everywhere. There is a Carre Four Express at the end of the street for food, snacks, and bottled water and plenty of local places to eat within a few minutes walk. The apartment was exactly as described and extremely clean and tidy. There was good lighting in the bedrooms and common area, and plenty of sunlight from the windows when the drapes were pulled back. This was a perfect fit for two friends who want their own bedroom. The kitchen is nicely equipped to fix simple meals. We appreciated having separate HVAV units in the bedrooms and common area. The courtyard location kept it free from street noise, and there was a nice feeling of privacy. François' messages were friendly and very responsive. Great apartment in a fantastic location, less than 2 minutes walk from RER Luxembourg station, it took us 20 minutes to get here from Gare du Nord station.

There is a small Carrefour supermarket at the top of the road selling everything you could need. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance including a McDonalds & Burger King. Within a few minutes walk there is a very reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant called Hanoi which was very good and some Japanese restaurants.

You have the Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens within 5 minutes and views of the Eiffel Tower as well.

The apartment is really well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We were only there for a couple of nights and only had breakfast in the apartment but the kitchenette was well equipped if you wanted to eat in.

Beds were really comfortable with nice pillows, duvet and bedding. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water and towels.

Francois is a great host. We asked to drop off the bags ahead of check-in, and Francois was very accommodating! The location is really great. The park and lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars are just a short walk away. The apartment seems to be a converted shop and has its own separate entrance with a very convenient keypad lock. The interior looks just like the pictures in the listing. It's very clean, and the three rooms are identical with the en-suite bathrooms, bed, and loft formations. The chill-out room is nice but would benefit from a couple more cozy bean bags or sofas because the benches aren't very comfortable for watching TV or reading. The kitchen has everything you need, and Francois provided us with plenty of espresso beans for some delicious morning espresso.
