Rooftop - Brach Paris — Restaurant in Paris

We came as a group of friends in August 2025. Need to say, that we were trying to make it to the Brach rooftop several times throughout the whole summer, but it’s was always a private event. So please pay attention that you need to call before heading. But this is not a point of my review. We arrived at 20:40 but there were no place to sit, rooftop staff said that we need to wait in the restaurant downstairs and order there, and then they’ll call us. So we ordered a bottle and a food downstairs and were patiently waiting. We made it to rooftop only at 21:55, ordered more drinks and you know what!!! At 22:00 rooftop waiter said “you have 30 minutes till we close”. Like WHAT??! Why they didn’t say about that before??? What the point to take our order to make us “enjoy” our drinks like 30 minutes ??? And need the say that they repeated it twice: at 22:00 and then at 22:15. So our experience was completely ruined.
