I am not sure why the reviews are so bad. I found the customer service to be wonderful and I am a minority so I sometimes don't always get treated in the best way possible. I was of course polite when I entered and said Bonjour and asked before I touched items. In other words I was respectful of the clothes and the sales associate helped me find several amazing items. Terrible customer service. Sometimes they don't let you in, sometimes they kick you out of the store because some other customers have already arrived. I'd rather go to that store, where I won't be made to wait in the cold, where I won't be kicked out, because "there are many people in the store," where I won't be looked at as a thief! A friend and I had a wonderful time at this store. The woman there was extremely helpful. We looked at many purses. We spent a lot of time there deciding and left with many purchases--a coat, dress, bags. We are returning today for one more handbag! Good quality items. Great find. One of the best stores...
