I am sorry to see such a terrible decline. The service is completely haphazard. If you’re lucky enough to coincide with the really good waitress it’s still great but the food, whilst tasty, is as variable as the service. I’ve just been presented with a plateful of slow-cooked beef fat, allegedly “stracatto” de boeuf. The boeuf was in short supply but the sauce was delicious. The ratatouille was watery and hard work. I’m writing this now having given up on getting the table cleared let alone ordering a dessert as some friends or colleagues of the staff have come in.
