Super Wild Coffee - Zone Eurostar — Restaurant in Paris

Astonishingly poor customer service, with a very rude member of staff. I bought a coffee and a tea (for about 11 Euros). I asked if they would mind filling my water bottle from the tap.

A staff member grumpily pointed me upstairs to a fountain. There was no fountain up there, and so I popped back down to ask if they could fill my bottle, as my train was leaving soon. The same lady then very rudely pointed me back upstairs, and when I asked she said "Go to the next shop.", despite the fact that I had bought tea and coffee from her five minutes before.

The tap was about one metre from her, and there was no one behind me in the queue. Very poor experience for me at Super...

차가운 커피 한 잔 주문했는데 직원은 작은 사이즈가 안되는 이유를 설명해주지 않고 무조건 안된다고 말했습니다. 그래서 큰 사이즈로 바꿔서 주문했는데 직원이 2배가 넘는 금액을 요구했습니다. 직원은 차가운 커피라서 가격이 비싸다고 말하고, 이후 우리가 의문을 표현하니까 대답 하지 않고 결제하라고 강요했습니다. 뒤늦게 다른 직원이 와서 한 잔이라고 가격 낮춰줬습니다. =우리는 큰 사이즈의 차가운 커피를 받아야 합니다. 우리는 약 5유로를 지불했습니다. 그런데 막상 받은 커피는 작은 사이즈의 차가운 커피였습니다.

일관되게 고객을 무시하는 태도로 실수해서 죄송하다고 말 한 마디도 없었습니다. 질문에 답변하지않고 가만히 서서 고객을 바라보기만 하고. 머리 묶은 젊은 흑인 여성 분, 이건 서비스를 떠나서 인종차별입니다. 부끄러운 줄 아세요.

J’ai commandé un café glacé en petite taille, mais l’employée m’a simplement dit que ce n’était pas possible, sans m’expliquer pourquoi. J’ai donc accepté de prendre une grande taille, mais elle m’a demandé un prix plus du double. Elle a justifié ce prix en disant que c’était parce que le café était froid. Ensuite, quand nous avons exprimé notre incompréhension, elle a refusé de répondre et nous a simplement exigé de payer. Ce n’est qu’après qu’un autre employé est intervenu et a ajusté le prix pour une seule boisson. Finalement, nous avons payé environ 5 euros. Mais au final, ce que nous avons reçu était un café glacé en petite taille.

Pendant toute l’interaction, nous avons été traités avec un mépris total. Pas une seule excuse pour l’erreur. L’employée, une jeune femme noire aux cheveux attachés, est restée silencieuse, se contentant de nous fixer sans répondre à nos questions. Ceci dépasse largement un simple problème de service.
