I visited this Japanese restaurant during my trip and it was one of the best food experiences I’ve had. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the flavors were authentic, and the presentation was beautiful.
Even though I don’t speak much Japanese and the staff didn’t speak much English, they were extremely kind and patient. We used a mix of gestures, smiles, and Google Translate — and it totally worked!

Here, it's grilled on something and a thin sweet soy sauce added afterwards.
