I only had takeaway pizzas (twice) and they are definitely one of the better places for pizzas. They were thin, crispy and piping hot Every-time I popped in at evening opening time to pick up a pizza they are always quite booked and busy Prices are about the going rate in Avoriaz Pizzas I had: - Margherita - Good simple classic - Veggie - Loaded with plenty of veggies and rocket - Piccante - As pictured loaded with meat. Be careful with the olives as they are not pitted! They all came with a sachet of chilli oil. Make sure you have this if you like some extra heat in the pizza!

Une cuisine agréable, un service à perfectionner Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience dans ce restaurant n’était pas si mal. La cuisine était plutôt réussie : j’ai particulièrement apprécié la présentation du tartare, qui était soignée, et les frites soufflées étaient très bonnes. Mon fils s’est régalé avec son burger savoyard, ce qui est toujours un bon signe. Le service a aussi eu un point positif : malgré un restaurant bien rempli, les plats sont arrivés assez rapidement, ce qui est appréciable. Là où j’ai été un peu moins convaincu, c’est sur le savoir-faire du service. Il y a des petites choses qui font la différence, et ici, j’ai trouvé que cela manquait de finesse. Par exemple, lorsqu’un client demande quelque chose et que le serveur ne comprend pas, on ne répond pas juste “quoi ?”, mais plutôt “pardon ?” ou “excusez-moi ?”. Ce détail m’a vraiment marqué, car ce sont des bases simples du métier qui, à mon sens, mériteraient d’être mieux inculquées. Avec un peu plus de formation et d’attention à ces petits détails, le service serait davantage à la hauteur de la cuisine. Cela dit, l’expérience globale n’était pas mauvaise, et avec quelques ajustements, ce restaurant pourrait vraiment devenir une adresse très agréable.

We chose to come here as an option in our ski package. The location is slightly out of the main town and close the the station and we booked as it does get busy. We came to have pizzas, but on this night they weren’t available, so we had steak and chicken main courses with rose and red wine. The quality of the service and food was very good and the cost came to under €40 per person

This establishment utilises the fact it is an easily accessible restaurant go justify extremely poor food quality. The food is bland, at times not well cooked and you’ll find yourself enjoying your side salad more than your main ! The service is also very poor, the servers aren’t kind and rush you ( we are French btw so it was not due to us being English…). Really good pizza. Looking around the place the cheese fondue and meat platter were emense. 7.30 pm visit..... we hadn't booked so initially it didn't look promising... but they found us a table. By the time we left it was packed, so book if you want to be sure as they were turning groups away. Handy for take out pizza if you're in the Falaise appt blocks. A little rushed with service and the draught beer was flat.... that's the only reason for...
