La Côte de Boeuf — Restaurant in Toulouse

Very interesting restaurant in the middle of Toulouse city. We were recommended to visit by our hotel reception staff and overall it was a very positive experience.

We ordered French wine, typical french starters, French beef cuts as mains and also French desserts. All food was very good in taste and in presentation and we were pleased.

However, as the restaurant was very busy, staff could not do any better with the service and we waited more that usual to be served our meals.

We would recommend others to visit this restaurant if anyone seeks to explore...

Being meat lovers, we stopped here hooked by the restaurant's name. We entered in a tiny place, not really cosy neither well decorated, and the staff was having lunch when we arrived.. not a really good first impression. But it didn't last long as our dishes were delicious : meat was tasty and tender, the sides were great too, all home-made. So worth the stop! Another small disappointment at the end of our meal : the restaurant is only equipped with a small Nespresso machine, so coffee options are...

I’m a business traveler from Sweden, I had the mixed grill plate here with beef, duck and sausage (25 eur). It is absolutely fantastic. I’m not a big fan of sausage but this one was really something. They have wine on 50cl bottles which is great. Their bearnaise is amazing. Staff of friendly, a bit busy but the thin male is accurate and seem to have some humour (although I don’t speak French). I’ll return every time I have a business trip...
