We had a wonderful dining experience at Oh la Vache!, a charming French restaurant. The owner personally guided us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations—a lovely touch that helped us decide to dine here, and I’m so glad we did.

The staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was equally inviting. For starters, we enjoyed a salad and duck, both of which were delightful. The main courses were exceptional: the beef, served with chips and peppercorn sauce, was incredibly tender, melting in your mouth. The salmon, baked in foil, was paired with julienne carrots, leeks in a creamy sauce, and dauphinoise potatoes—simply delicious. 09/25/2024 - First three-day visit to Toulouse, France from New York with a French friend. I spotted this restaurant on Google Maps and wanted to give it a try. My friend ordered a lettuce salad, a pork tenderloin, accompanied by a very good potato gratin which he confirms is to die for, I ordered a salad of preserved duck gizzards and fresh salmon fillet cooked in a steam oven in foil. For dessert, we had the rum baba and plain vanilla ice cream. Service is super friendly and attentive, the owner is very welcoming, kind and professional. Eat real food for a very reasonable price.
