I give the rating 1/5 because unfortunately the rating 0/5 does not exist the waiting time in this restaurant is much too long the staff is very poorly organized it is a disaster now the worst was my dish that i received with a hair i wonder the hygiene of the kitchen which I am sure must be disgusting like my dish and in addition the chicken not cooked to the limit of raw and which we cannot even cut even a dog doesn't eat that i would have been better off eating at McDonald's since it's tastier and cleaner I wonder how people manage to eat there but i’m sure they themselves don't know good food and the people who are reading the comments flee this restaurant and don't trust the positive comments people don't even know what they are eating it's better to open a can of tuna at home rather than go to this restaurant

Horrible service staff, were rude to all of us. As they snapped at us when we asked for help with ordering. When we needed their attention some just took ages to notice that we had to keep ordering from the payment counter. No wonder the restaurant was empty despite being dinner time on a weekend. We wanted to order more but seeing how disregarded we were we ordered light food and drinks and left in a haste. Prices for food were pricey and felt worse when service did not make up for the money spent to dine. Fries were serve cold. Usually a customer easy to please but the time here was not pleasant at all especially visiting as tourist.

We had an absolutely fantastic night here. Other reviews complained about the service as being rude and slow; we thought the service was outstanding. We had fun with four different servers and sometimes we had to wait for a few minutes to get their attention because they were so busy. Restaurant was packed, we had an outstanding bottle of wine which was about a quarter of the price we would’ve had to pay in the US; dishes, extremely tasty, dessert; all in $80 a person with 260 being alcohol. An incredible bargain highly recommended don’t believe the other reviews by the impatient and ignorant travelers.

The service is excellent, very friendly staff..... great ambience inside and at the terrace. The food was amazzzing and my friend had the famous Toulousian cassoulet which was equally good too...... However, I don't understand how a high end restaurant won't have any sort, I mean not even one sauce in the restaurant 😄 ..... The waiter looked at me with a "Judgemental" smile in her eyes (I'm been sarcastic).... Like how dare you ask for ketchup or any sauce, this isn't McDonald's 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Really great service and friendly waitresses. My waitress couldn't speak the best English, so she went inside and asked another colleague to help out with taking my wine and food order, who of course gladly did. I ate the house made pasta with mushrooms and fats - nade d'Huguette et son Foie Gras Poêlé (pâtes, champignons, foie gras poêlé), which was perfectly seasoned and very flavoursome. Well worth the higher price!

We had a 2 day layover in Toulouse, on a Sunday + Monday. Not much open so we decided to walk over to this place. Glad we did! Cute little spot, delicious food! Foie Gras, Duck, homemade fries, steak. All delish! Nice wines, and nice friendly service. I would definitely go back there again! Nice atmosphere also
