I can’t think of many bars in my history of going to bars with a cooler atmosphere. We were told to make a reservation in advance, and it definitely was needed - the bar is like being in someone’s living room, and as such there is limited seating for groups. Even couples were being turned away later in the evening. When it came to the service, everything was excellent. The servers know a lot about the absinthe they serve, and offer great recommendations. I personally recommend the Beetle to who doesn't like anise and bitter absints. Ask to see the bottle if you never did before, you'll find a surprise inside.
