I had an amazing experience at Lindt in Baden-Baden. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. I tried their Mocha, and it was truly outstanding the perfect balance of rich chocolate and smooth coffee. One of the best I’ve ever had!

Hot chocolate is a must here. There are 3 options, milk, dark or white hot chocolate. I recommend the dark. It comes with a mini bite sized milk chocolate Lindt ball on the side. You self order your drink at the registered (Selbstbedienung) and pick up at the window, either for here or to-go. I sat myself down near the window to watch the lovely people pass by. I just walked out of there for being totally neglected by two of the staff. I really wanted an espresso with a chocolate spoon and was at the register where a lady had just purchased something. The staff member walked from behind the bar and started to work on the display while there was a line forming behind me and the other cash register. This is obviously not a an issue with LINDT but they do seem like they need more cultured , younger more inviting staff at least to cater...
