It was our first experience in this restaurant and we are a little bit disappointed. But not about the food! Only because of the service. When we were reading the menu (for the first time) we decided to take âset for twoâ and two starters and tea, but for two cups. We were thinking it will be sushi set, as was said at the headline of the submenuđ§ So we thought we were get two starters and set of the sushi. Everything was okay when we get our starters. I get my tea, but it was just pocket in one cup. So waitress came to us and ask if we want to order one more tea, and we said yes! After 10 minutes we didnât get the tea, and reminded about it. Still nothing. After I finished mu tea I decided to go straight to the barmen and order right there. And only after that we got our tea. Food. Itâs already an hour we are sitting and got our second dish :) (Photo 2). When we get our third dish (Photo 3) we were thinking it was all. After we finished this my partner just came to the waitress and ask about the bill, her answer was âno, you need to wait, thinks no the endâ. It was already two hours we were there :) we were pretty shocked, cause we werenât expect any other food. We were fullđ So we finally asked the only one waitress, who was there, whatâs going on and why we get so much food, and she tell us that we order 26 DISHES, and not sushi set. And as a addition she said we need read more carefully what we ordered. Wait a minute. Why you canât said us at the very beginning to not order the startersđ± For real! So at this point we we finally understand whatâs going on and asked to cancel all other dishes that coming. The answer was - itâs not possible due to the chef already began to cook the dishes. Made reservation in time. Got canceled without any reason. Did another reservation got accepted even verbally confirmed via chat. Arrived at the place. The person in charge was loud and unfriendly due to being overwhelmed in the almost empty restaurant. Not recommended. Better wishes and nerves to you for next year!

Since posting my review, the restaurant has accused me of violating personal rights, defamation, and slander â accusations that include claims of criminal offenses. This over a factual, evidence-supported review with screenshots. Google has repeatedly reviewed my feedback and confirmed its legitimacy.
It raises the question why so much effort is being spent on legal actions against a single review rather than engaging in dialogue, improving the service, and learning from mistakes. This approach leaves an unprofessional impression on me.

I was the only one in our group who doesnât eat fish, so I took the time to clarify with the waitress that I needed a vegan sushi option. But when my order arrived, it was covered in fish. I politely explained the issue, and she assured me that the order would be canceled. She then handed me a vegan menu, so I ordered again, thinking the problem was solved.
Thirty minutes went by, and still nothing. When I finally asked if my food was coming, she informed meâwithout a shred of apologyâthat Iâd need to pay for the fish sushi I hadnât touched and that I would not be served my meal after all.
