My experience at this Italian restaurant was a mixed bag. On one hand, the food was genuinely delicious, with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. However, the service left much to be desired.
Upon arriving, we were promptly seated and provided with menus. So far, so good. But then, things took a turn for the worse. Despite being seated before several other parties, we found ourselves waiting for an incredibly long time while others who arrived after us were being served their meals. The waiting time totaled a staggering 75 minutes before we finally received our food.
I must emphasize that the food itself was quite enjoyable. The pizza was cooked to perfection, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the overall presentation was pleasing to the eye. It was evident that the chef knew what they were doing, and it was a shame that the service didn't match the quality of the food.
The staff didn't seem to notice or acknowledge the delay, and we didn't receive any apology or explanation for the lengthy wait. This was quite disappointing, as a simple apology could have gone a long way in easing our frustration.
In conclusion, if you're willing to wait and have patience for a potentially long and unexplained delay, you'll be rewarded with some great Italian cuisine. However, if you value your time and expect prompt service, I would recommend exploring other options in...
Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and extremely rude owner. We got there and only ordered a soft drink. Immediately the owner was visibly pissed off. My nose was running, and I requested a tissue to blow it, and he claimed that those were only available for customers ordering food. We also requested tap water (as I am sick) and he brought us water. Then, when we went to pay, he had charged us 4 euro for 2 small cups of water on top of the 7 euros for soft drinks. We obliged to pay the 11 euro total even though we had been under the impression that the water was free. When asked to pay, he then decided to tell us that they only accepted cash which he had not mentioned before. We only had enough cash to cover the soft drinks and not the still water (which we had never even asked for). The owner then claimed that it was not his problem and rudely demanded that we head over to the ATM across the street. We were forced to pay a 15% fee just to withdraw the minimum 10 euro bill to cover our water. Completely ridiculous, horrible customer service and truly a mean owner. DO NOT come here if you are...

We went in, full of joy, the stone oven looked great. Very hopefull.
Some of the pizzas were descent, but two of them were very untastefull. My friend ordered "Quatro stagione" and it was a sorry excuse for at pizza. Almost no filling. The only thing that made the pizzas good was when you compared it to the wine. For 9 euro you could get 500 ml, of the worst wine we have ever tasted. We asked the waiter for a bottle of red whine, and he seemed confused just by the question, and offered us a bottle for twice the price - made no sense.
When we left the restaurant we were greeted by someone who said, that they knew where you could get great food. This guy, a rat, said that the best döner was at döner king aus Alexanderplatz - maybe we would go there later.
