Cafe Plazebo — Restaurant in Berlin

I ordered one bowl and one bolognese.

The server gives me chicken broccoli pasta instead bolognese. So I said i ordered bolognese, but she said that i ordered chicken pasta in german to her coworker NOT ME.(i was there but she did’t even look at me)

And her coworker said to me, “Maybe u(me) said something wrong…So What U Want?” haha how can she so sure ab Its my mistake not server? Just Bc im foreigner?(im asian)

I never herd ab broccoli, and i pointed bolognese, and said it correctly. My friend heard it too. How can i order broccoli chicken something even i can’t read broccoli chicken in german?!?!!(they dont have eng menu)

If they said just sorry ab that it, i would just enjoy my meal and understand ab it. But i feel super bad after they said it might be my fault.

Food was good. But sadly i can’t finish my pasta bc it was creamy sauce…( and thats why i said i want red sauce pasta….i said it...

We come in and order 3 sandwiches. Two with lettuce, tomato and chicken. We ask if we can get the third sandwich without the tomato and lettuce and the waiter says that it is possible. When we get our food we find out that we have been given two without chicken, tomato and lettuce. I then go up and ask about two things, whether we can get some ham for one of the breads (as an extra thing for the bread) and whether we can have one of the sandwiches made into one with tomato, chicken and lettuce. The waiter then chooses to roll his eyes at me which I find very provocative. It was the waiter who made a mistake so it is not my fault that I have to ask for some new food. The food was nice enough. When We leave We forget a sketch book 2 minutes later we ask the waiter were the sketch book is but the first thing she did when we leaved was to...

We will not return. It took ages to clean the table and we had to organize menus ourselves. Finally having recognized that maybe we are potential paying customers after another 10 minutes someone came to take our order. After then waiting for 60 minutes we asked one of the staff and they told us it would be another 15 min. The food arrived, eggs partially raw, jam and butter missing, an entire dish was missing, orange juice was forgotten but at least we got a cappuccino we didn’t order. The wait staff was not rude but inattentive and everything took very long. Please re-organize your kitchen and processes, this is one of the worst gastronomy experiences I’ve had yet.
