I wanted to leave a review for this restaurant. My husband and I have often been to this restaurant many times and I always liked the salmon dish”(72. Lachs Kochi Curry (leicht scharf)), the sauce of this dish was always revealed throughout the entire meal. I really loved this dish, the sauce was amazing! But unfortunately the last time we were there it was April 7th and I was very disappointed as my dish was brought with not as concentrated sauce as usual. Judging by the puddle that eventually formed in my plate, it was simply diluted with water before serving and did not even bother to boil it. I made such a conclusion from the fact that in the end the water separated from the total mass and a puddle turned out in the plate, then it became clear to me why the taste was not as complex as usual and of course it did not open as usual, everything was fresh. But that's not all, when we asked for the bill and I shared my comments with the waiter who served us, I was shocked how he began to say indignantly that this water was from a salad, but no, the salad was dry and so much water from it would it didn't fit for sure! after looking at the photo you can judge for yourself that these are not my unfounded statements. So sorry that now I have to cross this place off my list, I don’t want to go to a place where customers are rude! Oh yes, when we already left, we could understand that his tandorin was not served as usual. It was brought already with ready-made vegetables and nothing was cooked in the pan. Usually when this dish is brought there, the vegetables are cooked in front of you and are still fried, but this time everything was ready and...

Had a dissatisfying experience last year, thought they might have improved and went to have dinner on the day of EURO 2024 final, but I was wrong. Not at all an authentic Indian Restaurant.

Do not expect Indian taste. All curry/gravy tastes similar. Don't go by the atmosphere. It's just like judging a book by its cover 🙂

5 considering to be highest/best Food - 1/5 Service - 3/5 Pocket pinch - 2/5 (Too costly considering the food Quality and Quantity and Taste) All gravy seems to be of similar taste, and quantity is very disappointing.

Ordered the following - Chicken 65 - 9+ EUR Full of food colors and received 3 pieces of chicken. Dissatisfied.

Ice coffee - Do not order if you had something similar from Dunkin/Starbucks/local coffee shops. Presentation is quite good, but not worthy to have it.

Chicken curry - 13.5 EUR. Don't have it keeping in mind of a Indian taste. Just a msala curry with chicken dipped into it.

Stuffed Naan - tasted ok, price was - 5+ EUR for 4 small slices of bread.

Sizzler brownie - 7.5 EUR.

The person served us his name was SAM, he forgot to order the bread/Nan, and when the Naan arrived the chicken curry has already lost its warm and didn't feel like having it. He was more busy asking for order and taking payments rather focussing on the service quality. Might be a bad day for us to be served by Sam. Rest of the members from the service team were more friendly and courteous.

But thanks for organizing the public viewing of EURO 2024. Appreciate it.

To be honest, Prague had much better Indian restaurants...

My husband has lived in Berlin for four years and this was his most disappointing experience with respect to Indian food in Berlin. We entered the restaurant hungry and excited looking at the google reviews. Once we entered we preferred to order roti/naan and a curry to go with it ( because that’s always the safest option abroad) but since it was a Saturday evening the waiter mentioned it was probably going to take very long and nudged us against it. He asked us to pick any rice, so we opted to their chicken and veg biryani along with some chilli panner. Firstly, it was really disappointing to see that the table next to us who came 30 mins after us ordered naan and receiving it in less than 10 mins. So that left us wondering why we were asked to “understand” and adjust. Secondly, once the food arrived after almost 20-30 mins of waiting it was nothing short of disappointment, in terms of quantity and quality. I have attached pictures of both below, the chicken biryani in particular was much lesser than the vegetarian one in terms of quantity. From quality point of view, this meal dint even feel like it was prepared fresh, the veggies were soggy and clearly prepared from frozen vegetables. Chicken biryani was definitely from a pre cooked meal as well. The only saving grace for the meal was the mango lassi which lets be honest is available and the same everywhere. We dint go looking for standards and quality of a traditional Indian food, even with to the bar set so low the food was a disappointment.

Very pathetic hospitality and rude behavior of the restaurant staff over a small bottle of water I bring with me. They didn’t tell me the rule at the entrance and allowed me to bring a bottle of water inside the restaurant but after I placed the order, restaurant staff started telling me multiple times that you can’t use your own water bottle in this restaurant and hide it. They also said if you need water then buy from us. I told them that I already ordered food from you so what is your problem with a small water bottle but they didn’t agreed and behavior was very rigid. If this is the rule then why did you allow me to enter into the restaurant with a water bottle, you could have told me at the entrance. On top of that I paid 10 euro for 1 plate samosa and no one provided me remaining amount of my money. This is a very humiliating experience. I visited the restaurant on 29th September 2025
