UPDATE regarding with the answer of the owner: My complain is not for the prices it is because the waiter cannot bring me the Whisky with Cola mixed in a glass and after I have to pay separately where obviously I didn't have the entire cola which I paid the entire price according with the menu and what I said is not a dream, it is a reality. Also you should show more respect with the people in your answer.

Never I write any comments in anywhere but what happened in this place was really bad. First it took so long to ask for drinks and so long to bring to us that. I ordered 2 Jameson with Cola plus 2 cocktail for my girlfriend, they put me the second one in a smaller glass than the first one but the worst thing was the receipt which they split the whisky and the cola. Never I saw something like this before and in case that you have to pay separately they would bring the cola separate too but they brought both mixed and the second was shorter quantity, the excuse of the waiter was that there isn't any Jameson Cola in the menu and he has to split it. In the end I paid 10,80€ per whisky cola (7€ for the whisky and 3,80€ for the cola) when another bar in the same street would cost 7.50 € the Jameson Cola all together with a really better service. I felt that they cheated me, for sure I will never come back here but also I want to avoid the bad surprise...

I came here for a birthday party which barely started and ended up in the worst way possible. After the total indifference of the manager who did not even care to solve a technical problem which prevented the guest of honour from playing and did not even get paid after preparing his set for days, some of us decided to leave without paying the cocktails we got served, as a form of protest. I personally decided to pay and as I gave my money to one of the waitress (50 bucks) she refused to give me the rest back because the others didn't pay, as I were responsible for the whole rest of the group. In the end some of our friends came back inside to help me and one girl got phisycally attacked by one of the waiters who put his arm around her neck to choke her because she was trying to get my money from the waitress' hands. In the meantime police has been called from the owners and then finally I got my rest. It has been one of the worst experiences inside a bar EVER. We've been treated like animals and since some of us weren't german we've been treated even worse. These are those kind of locals which are a cancer for the city and for DJs who want to play. No big name? Then you can be handled as a bug that needs to be squashed. The arrogance and rudeness of these people surpassed my imagination....

Das Verhalten des Personals ist wirklich verblüffend. Sie sind stolz darauf, unverhohlen unhöflich zu sein. Überteuert und nicht wert wieder zu besuchen.

EDIT - Interessante Antwort des Eigentümers. Jetzt ist klar, woher das Problem kommt. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute für Ihr miserables Leben.

Update 07.07.2023 - the owner, Mr. Schlage, has apparently deleted his response to me from 10.03.2023 where he unleashed a tirade of insults against me (hence my original edit above), and has used a lawyer to complain against my review, and demanded that it be taken down. Looking at the other two businesses that you own in the area, it seems the same thing is happening: insult people who write negative reviews and get a lawyer to remove the posts, rather than simply hiring better staff.

Mr. Schlage, I address you directly here: if you do not want negative reviews, then you should not be in business. Alternatively, you could do a better job running your business, and perhaps grow some thicker skin at the same time! So many people have complained about your bar here, the common denominator is YOU and your businesses. None of your rights have been violated by negative reviews, there is no "right" to protection against criticism. Please grow up and do some...
