Brasserie Dandelion is a gem of a restaurant that seamlessly combines Japanese cuisine with a modern twist, resulting in a delightful explosion of flavors that highlight the essence of umami. The attention to detail in each dish is remarkable, making every bite a memorable experience. One of the standout aspects of Brasserie Dandelion is its exceptional and friendly service. Being hosted by the owner herself added a personal touch to the dining experience, as she shared insights about the space that is beautifully decorated and has a concept that is larger than just a restaurant. Ask her and she will tell you the whole concept with proud and excitement. The ambiance created a magical and inspiring environment. We opted for small plates to share (the tempura mushrooms, cauliflower miso with humus and the karage) and the Katsu sando, and all choices were impeccable. I wish my pictures could demonstrate better how nice the dishes are. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each dish was a work of art in both presentation and taste. In conclusion, Brasserie Dandelion is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in exquisite Japanese-inspired cuisine. A real oasis in...

I went there during the lunch hour. I waited to be seated as it was indicated, I got assigned a seat and waited... and waited for a menu to come. I saw other tables get seated and they got menus, I never did. No problem, I already knew what I wanted to get. Finally the waitress comes to take my order, I tell her I want a katsu sando, she nods and takes the order of the table next to me. I wait, see the other table get their food, then another table, nothing for me. After that the waitress comes again to ask what I ordered because they never got my order. I tell her a chicken sando. The sando comes, it wasn't good or bad. At this point I just wanted to eat something. I eat my sando and then say I want to pay and I have to wait again.

My main problem with this place is that they don't seem to have enough wait staff. It was my second time there and the first time the waitresses also look overwhelmed with the amount of people to attend to. Maybe if you added another staff and got one more terminal things would go much...

As I am writing travel guides for and about Berlin, I am always looking for hidden gems. And I can tell you this restaurant is one ❤️. As I am writing travel guides for and about Berlin, I am always looking for hidden gems. And I can tell you this restaurant is one ❤️. Known for its high-quality and delicious food, it offers a standout dish that you shouldn't miss: the udon carbonara. My personal favorite 🤗. This unique twist on the classic Italian dish is highly praised and a must-try for any carbonara lover. The restaurant also hosts a special Jamaican brunch every Sunday, which comes highly recommended for those looking to enjoy a diverse and flavorful dining experience. Pretty nice is also - you can order tapas and Share them, if you want. More hidden gems can be found in my...
