Hello, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent experience at your restaurant. We arrived for our reservation, only to be informed that it had not been recorded, and as a result, no table was available for us. This was particularly frustrating as we had chosen your establishment for a special occasion—a birthday celebration.

What was most disheartening, however, was the complete lack of initiative from your staff to offer any kind of resolution. No one proposed an alternative seating arrangement, a gesture of goodwill such as a complimentary drink at the bar while a solution was sought, or even a sincere attempt to rebook us at another time with a meaningful concession. Instead, we were left with no choice but to leave, feeling both unwelcome and undervalued as guests.

Your restaurant’s ambiance suggests a commitment to sophistication and hospitality, yet our experience fell drastically short of these expectations. I sincerely hope you take this feedback into consideration to ensure that future guests do not encounter a similar situation.

Been there 2 times, first time I was unhappy with waiting long for getting a table service and the second time there was the worst treatment I ever got. We had a table reserved a long before the date, and on a Friday night we found a Berghain-long queue outside the restaurant. We waited more than 30 minutes to be seated. Manager just simply was saying some lies, but pretty much they didn’t care about the reservation, and everyone who had reservations should have waited for the people to finish their dinner, all tables were taken. Then after getting to the table and getting menu, it took them another 30 minutes to get our order. I was 1 hour in this restaurant and I didn’t get any drink or food! Waiter didn’t even try to pretend that they are sorry - he just asked me to leave because I complained about this matter. He said something like if I am going to behave as an angry and upset guest, they would not give me a service. Excuse me, I was happy to go out on my weekend and was looking forward to getting a dinner which was ruined by such a disrespectful attitude. Atmosphere and food are quite good at this place though. The place is very popular , which result in really poor service. We had dinner there for 3 hours, 2 of which were sitting there waiting for the next course/being noticed by the waiters. The staff were very nice, unfortunately there were in total 5 of them serving more than 150 customers at the same time at some point (l learnt this from one of waiters who realised they were too inattentive to our table and apologised for it). I don't blame them, but I generally was disappointed with my experience there. Food was ok, not the "worth the waiting" kind.
