Absolutely one of the best burger spots in Berlin! The smash burgers here are next-level — perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. I went for the jalapeño option and it was spot on: just the right kick of heat to balance the rich, cheesy goodness.

The mozzarella sticks? Unreal. Golden, crunchy, and with that satisfying cheese pull that makes you want to order another round. Definitely not your average side dish — they’re addictive.

Wash it all down with an ice-cold Coke and you’ve got the perfect combo. Simple, classic, and refreshing.

Service was fast and super friendly, and the vibe of the place is relaxed but lively — great for grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends. Prices are fair for the quality and portions you get.

I ordered a burger that came with mozzarella sticks, but when they gave it to me, the sticks were missing. I went to talk to the staff and they told me it didn't come with that but the menu screen said something different. I insisted and they kept telling me it didn't include that until a guy reluctantly told me the screen was bad and he gave me some cold sticks that were ready quite a while ago, so they didn't apologize or try to fix the problem. Ich finde, dass Burger Vision einer der besten Smashburger Laden Berlin ist. Ich bestelle meist davon und bin immer zufrieden damit. Das Essen kommt warm an und sieht auch gut aus.

Zum Essen: Was ich an deren Burgers mag, sind die knusprigen und saftigen Patties, sowie das Brioche Brötchen mit deren Burger Sauche. Empfehlenswert der klassische Cheeseburger oder der BBQ Burger mit Zwiebelringe. Die Pommes sind zwar bei der Lieferung ab und zu weich, aber behalten trotzdem noch ab und zu Crunch und sind toll gewürzt. Ist eine 50/50 Sache und wie das Wetter ist.

Jedoch ein großer Nachteil, wenn man hier bestellt ist, dass du entweder unterhalb 1 Stunde oder 3 Stunden warten muss.

Ich bestelle immer über Lieferando und bekomme dadurch den Status, Updates und die Lieferweg meiner Bestellung. Das Problem hier ist, dass Lieferando immer wieder angibt, dass die Bestellung 20-35min braucht, was aber auch vorkommt. Nur wenn es länger dauert wird das nicht geupdatet und man hängt mit der falschen Zeit. Zudem hatte ich Fälle, wo die Aufnahme bzw. Zubereitung sich auf 2 Stunden gestreckt haben.

Es ist ein Burger, Fast Food! Da kann ich es wirklich nicht verstehen, wie das 2 Stunden dauern kann. Selbst wenn man versucht bei den anzurufen, um nach den Rechten zu schauen, ist es immer besetzt oder die sind nicht erreichbar. Mehr als 20x Mal angerufen zu verschiedenen Uhrzeiten aber nie eine Antwort.

Da würde ich euch wirklich empfehlen, wenn ihr deren Smashburgers und Pommes essen wollt, dann lieber Vorort. Wenn ihr Smashburger zum Liefern bestellen wollen, dann lieber woanders. Das Essen gleich (meist) nicht die lange Wartezeit aus.
