Original Feedback: Unfriendly environment with rude services that want to kick you out once you are done with eating.

Feedback after getting response from the owner: Firstly, quote from this owner: "Laptop and studying are not allowed during the weekend", what we did was - discussing about work stuff while eating and drinking our coffee. So, technically, we were not finished with eating yet and the owner already sent colleagues 3 times to send unfriendly messages. Secondly, about these 3 times "reminder" your colleague came over - 1st time "no laptop allowed in weekend", okay, my friend took computer back to her bag; 2nd time "no studying allowed in weekend" - alright, interesting, what a low-performer culture, but respect your individual preference, so we took our notes back to bags and continued our friend catch-up conversation; 3rd time? Okay, the owner kept sending unfriendly look to my friend to pressure us to leave - Well, what a great customer service! So, to correct your blame - we did not ignore your requests :)

Summary? I will happily keep my moral compass as it is to keep performing hard-core during the weekend even during out-eating, and avoid restaurants like yours which put blame on customers who want to eat and work at the same time :)

About the 2nd reply on "we reserved 11am - 1pm" Thank you again for your patient response. Maybe before accusing my response as "distorted playback", let's also clarify on the reservation we made. I will paste the reservation confirmation here without any distortion: "hiermit möchten wir Sie an Ihre bevorstehende Reservierung erinnern. Wir freuen uns schon auf Sie!

I also double checked again on your reservation system, it shows several time slot, the interval of each time slot is 30 min. When I select one time slot, the reservation page that pop up does not indicate how long you have reserved. I will also paste the information I get on the reservation page again without any distortion: "Party of 2 Stilbruch Kitchen Wednesday 13 April 10:00 CEST ".

Therefore, please correct me or educate me if I am wrong, I don't remember if by law in Germany the reservation at a restaurant is defined as 2 hours. So, I understand you want to receive as many customers as possible in one day, if that's the case, maybe you could improve your reservation system to make each reservation to have a 2-hour reservation window to avoid...

This cute café caught my attention in the past weeks, so today was the day to visit it finally. The interior design is stylish and totally expresses the diversity and creativity of Berlin and in particular this neighborhood. There are sitting possibilities inside and outdoors. It's a good place to work on/with our laptop with some likewise followers. The style has some charm and cuteness, not very common in this part of the Kiez. The coffees were delicious and served in special cups. The variety of coffee and e.g. cakes & breakfast is good. The prices are not the cheapest, but free water is available. Unfortunately only 3☆ at this point, since the service wasn't as outstanding as the place is. I was missing attention to the guest/customer and authenticity. Besides more potitness/happiness would be great. However, I was served quickly and at least greeted. In general, a cool place to have a coffee at and enjoy the fabulous view on the wall towards the legendary RAW property of Warschauer Str. with Berlin's...

The only disappointment for me was that I was in a hurry. I would've loved to spend some more time at the restaurant, to enjoy the ambience and another cup of their coffee/tea. This is a really cosy, spacious, and delicious brunch corner in Berlin. I like the idea of scanning the QR code to get a menu directly on your phone. They had a great many options to choose from for breakfast starting from toasts, power food and egg dishes and also had some fresh juice on their menu. We ordered an avocado toast, a veg porridge, a fried egg a coffe and an orange juice. The toast came with bestie Beetroot hummus which was top notch. 🤤 And the porridge had really interesting flavors. Overall the food made us feel full without making us feel stuffed.
