Calvin Com Pho — Restaurant in Berlin

Perfect pho! I had the Calvin pho with beef, cannot believe the portion size but also the clarity and depth of the pho. It tasted like the pho had been salted perfectly only using fish sauce, as it should be. This is simply the best pho I’ve ever had in Berlin. I don’t think the other dishes are as strong as the signature pho on the menu, my friend had another dish with rice and I found it too salty. But I’m leaving a 5 star review based on the strength of the signature dish so make sure you know your order ahead of going.

I ordered from this place several times before and was very satisfied with it. Food was in big portions and all very fresh and delicious. The medium rare beef with the pho was especially authentic and tender. But today I was very disappointed. The beef i received was well done cook and dry, even though I chose rare medium.
