A shockingly bad experience and a strong no for all vegans. All bagels get refreshed using the same dirty baking paper. Not cool in the first place, but okay. Then I asked if they use the same sheet for both meat and vegan options, at which moment the boss (?) came in to tell me, “of course, they won't use fresh sheets for every bagel.” I said I don't feel comfortable ordering vegan food that then touches meat and whether they can warm up my bagel on a new sheet. To this, the guy said, “don’t tell me eating meat is sick” (what the? I never said that 🙃), looked down on me, continued to argue his case, and made a huge fuss about such a simple request. It was ridiculous. The conversation’s tone itself was very disrespectful, too....

The staff are polite to some extent. They gave us the hot drinks (mostly coffees) in paper (to go) glasses even though we said we're not taking them away. We asked why and they said we have a lot to do and don't have enough time to wash the glasses!!! The quality is mediocre and not special. They had a pile of oranges and when we asked them to have orange juice for our babies, they said today we don't make orange juice!
