There’s a reason there’s a LOT of 1 stars.

I wasn’t sure if I was at a dance club or a restaurant. From the bored, aggressive looking staff to the booming hip-hop music, I’m still not so sure.

“I give you this beer” was response to beer selection. Average, warm tasting draft. EXPENSIVE soggy chicken burger, over-done. (you can see by one look that his pan is too hot, cooking 101). Hairiest cook I ever saw was literally CHEWING gum. 😲 Cheap, non-absorbent bun crumbles as you eat.

Place is a tourist trap, literately. You can’t tell which restaurant is which.

I work nearby, so I have become a regular visitor. Very friendly staff who are fun to talk to. I like the selections of beer from the tap (Lager/Helles, Pils and Hefeweizen), the customisation options for burgers and the fact that I only once had to wait more than five minutes for my food - and that was a very busy day at the Foodfactory in general. Plates and cutlery are clean, they follow Covid safety procedure. And most importantly: you can also stop by for a beer or any other drink without needing...

The meat in my burger was burnt through, and my girl ordered a chicken salad that was not what she wanted. After 20 min of waiting (we were in a hurry as well), the dude at the counter calls me back to tell me they don't have any chicken left, so she ordered the same salad but with goat cheese instead of the meat and after another 15 min of waiting, it came with just half of the ingredients that were written on the menu... Absolutely disgraceful.. If you're ever at the cube, I suggests you eat...
