Worst customer service ever. Lack of professionalism. We came to the restaurant with a group of 12 people and took us 2 hours (literally 2 hours, 120 minutes to get the food). They asked for our understanding that they have new chef and it would take a BIT longer. As time passed, they started throwing random things like It will take 10 minutes... We need just more 5 minutes... It will come in a minute... And it took 2 hours!!! I wish I could say that the food was worth the wait but not really. It is not terrible but not remarkable at all. To finalize. someone ordered a salad to go and they did not have anything a box for him. The weird part is that he made clear that it was an order to go and they did not advise on anything. After we paid the bill, they just said they did not have a box, so they did not prepare the salad, they did not say anything to anyone BUT THEY DID CHARGE us for that. Really sad to see such unprofessional service in a beautiful well...

Die Karte ist angenehm überschaubar, da weiß man gleich: hier ist alles frisch und kein TK 👏👏👏 toll vom Koch persönlich beraten zu werden🙏🙏Wer hier die Maultaschen probiert, möchte sie nicht mehr woanders essen. Sie punkten mit angenehm fester Konsistenz und einer exzellenten Kalbsfüllung. Delikate Verbindung von Curcuma Äpfeln, aromastarkem Jus und anderen Überraschungen. In der Olympischen Inspiration gibt es hier eine 🥇. Die Crafterie hat sich ausgezeichnet: Authentisch trifft auf innovativ. Klassiker neu erfunden, viel Inspiration und gelungene Kombinationen. Spannend vom ersten Löffel bis zur letzten Gabel. Das Team strahlt über seine neue Karte, und das kann es auch zurecht. Beeilt euch, noch fliegt die Crafterie unter dem Radar, aber es könnte bald zu einem Hype werden. Wer Mittelmäßigkeit fliehen möchte (ohne gleich das Budget eines Sterne Lokals aufzubringen), ist hier richtig. Ein junges Koch Team voller Motivation und Ideen. Von A bis Z: alles Home-Made, Crafterie eben. Talente in ihrem Element - das strahlte durch den ganzen Abend! Probiert unbedingt auch die unfassbar coole Linsensuppe, ich verrate nicht mehr darüber… außer auch hier gibt es eine 🥇 ! Eine perfekte Location für Verabredungen, man kann entspannt an der Bar oder in der luftigen Lobby des Innside by Melia chillen, falls man zu früh oder die anderen zu spät sind....

Ridiculous service! We were 8 people, waiting for 30-40 minutes to get our orders and the waiter told us that half of the menu actually is not available! After reordering and about 10 mins more waiting, the waiter said that "the kitchen is on a strike" and there is no food!!! The waiter said drink could be on them, but we went there for a dinner. So after almost 50 mins no service, ridiculous kitchen staff! Never visiting this...
