Da Dante — Restaurant in Berlin

This used to be my favorite pizza delivery. They once delivered pizzas on their own—fast, reliable, and hot. However, for some time now, their service quality has plummeted. Here's what I've experienced:

Lost order (they said their app didn't work). Silently cancelled order (but sent an email). Order cancelled and called to communicate (too many orders). Extremely delayed delivery. TOP: Neither delivered nor cancelled the order, and even closed the shop while I was still waiting. This was an absolute insult, especially when your family is hungry and awaiting the pizza you promised.

No fancy pies, nothing special, and I didn’t try the slices. But the fresh one I had — with mushrooms, artichoke, and ham — was as satisfying as it gets, at least for me. I’ve had better, I guess, but that evening I was genuinely happy to have stumbled upon that place. I’ll definitely go again.

Oh — and you don’t feel like you’ve eaten a whole loaf of bread afterwards, so yes......
