I recently visited Goldies Pommes and it was a fry-tastic experience! Their fries are not only crispy and perfectly seasoned, but they also offer a wide variety of toppings that will make your taste buds do the happy dance. From classic options like cheese and bacon, to more unique options like truffle oil and parmesan, there is something for everyone. I personally went for the truffle fries and they were like little bites of heaven. I felt like I was in fry paradise.

But the real star of the show at Goldies Pommes are their chicken burgers. I've had my fair share of chicken burgers in my life, but I have never had one as good as the one I had at Goldies. Fast take away style service but with extra umph. First off for the prize you pay you get a very fair sized portions. I was there with a friend and got a large portion of their fried chicken and large fries/chips. The chicken was plentiful and we'll made. Perfect blend of moist cooked chicken inside a crispy but light coating which had a lovely hint of honey to it. The pomme frites were medium chunky, crisp and with skin left on. These on their own were extremely tasty. Good to share or if if your hungry enough to sate your appetite for sure. And though this would be enough for most places the sauces available made this place stand out. They have special sauces for pomme frites turning each plate into its own special delight and options for their delightful chicken as well. Presented with much more consideration than your average take away joint, the pictures on Google maps do not lie. Service was fast polite and friendly but can get intense when they are busy. And do keep your ear open for your order number, this is the only moment I felt the staff get anywhere close to tetchy. But they are just trying to get through their orders as fast as possible so it is understandable.
