We came with 20 people group on a rainy day after a whole day of sightseeing. Some of us came for a coffee and around 5 of us to the toilet. We were surprised when the staff started to shout at us and argue with us about the toilet. Apparently when you have 5 payments it’s not enough for 5 people to use the toilet. Then one of the workers started to curse in German and saying things like „never come back…”. REALLY? Wake up guys. It’s XXI century. Btw. Been staying nearby for a week and we are here almost everyday- kind service (I like that they ask what kind of milk I want in the coffee). Also appreciate that this is one of the cafes that opens the earliest in the morning (for days when I want coffee before 8am). I do recommend their chocolate brownie with your coffee- it’s deep, dark and dense- the right richness to perfectly balance a bitter americano! While Einstein Kaffee is a popular chain known for its cozy atmosphere and convenient locations, my recent visit left me a bit underwhelmed.
