This hidden gem had escaped our notice for too long. Our lunch there today was exceptional—the food was superb, featuring a fresh tomato and spinach salad with walnuts, succulent grilled lamb chops, orecchiette with a rich bolognese sauce, apricot and balsamic panna cotta, and the classic tiramisu. The lamb chops were among the finest I've tasted, and considering the price, possibly the best. The orecchiette pasta was slightly more al dente than we prefer, but aside from that, everything was flawless, including the wine. The service matched the quality of the food, with our dishes arriving promptly, which was appreciated. The final delight was the bill, only 67 euros, which is quite reasonable by today's standards for the quantity and quality of the food served.
