I went to a fish spot and got schnitzel and that's on me. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this place! It was a little chilly for the outdoor seating so we opted to sit inside which took away from the vibe a bit, but it was still cozy and pleasant. The staff is really nice and helpful when it comes to suggestions. We're not big fish people, so we were a little lost, but noticed the seasonal Spargel menu, which included the schnitzel (not on their normal menu) so I had to go for that. And my date got scared and ordered the Wildbratwurst instead of a fish entree. So neither of us got the specialty of this place. BUT we still really enjoyed both of our meals! The schnitzel was surprisingly tasty and came with a large portion of white Spargel. The Bratwurst was also fantastic, made in a gourmet style. Overall, I was very happy with this place and pleasantly surprised because I wasn't sure how good their non-fish dishes would be. I might need to come back when it's warmer so I can sit outside and maybe even try one of their fish specialties!

My wife invited me to celebrate an event in this restaurant. It is located in one of the most beautiful and central neighborhoods in Berlin. The decor and ambiance of the place is very warm, both the indoor and outdoor seating areas. The service is on point and our waitress was very friendly and made sure that we enjoyed every entree. I ordered a bottle of white wine which was very tasty, and a fish soup as a starter, it had shrimps, different types of fish, salmon and lobscouse. The soup had a generous amount of fish. We ordered two different types of fish plates, they were okay, nothing special, especially that the plates are relatively expensive. We had Kälter Hund for dessert which is a classic, it was decent. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience but I am not sure if I will be coming back and therefore I will give 4 stars

It is a just new opened restaurant and I just walked by as I looked for a quick dinner meal. They just had opened last. Week and you should go right now. They service told me an apologiesed in regards to the " small" menu but with a great selection of food it is definitely not a smal menu. The service was awesome, and the quality of food was awesome as well. The location lovely designed. I had the tomatoe soup with sea food and had the wish for a main course. I was not sure which main course I should choose and told the service, the chef can choose one of 4 meals for me. I got an awesome selection of 3 Tatar options as a surf & Turf option.. This was a amazing one and they should put it on the menu. Just lovely combination. If you like no fish.. They have as well veal so far as I checked the menu.

The food is well presented and good (although not exceptional), the ambiance is new and nicely decorated. The service so and so: I asked for a beer, which never arrived (it wasn't on the bill, so the person just forgot about it); the dishes are removed quite quickly, sometimes while still chewing the last bite; on the other hand, food and drink take quite long (I can understand the ones that need cooking, but desserts and drinks is really long). The bitter end came when paying: I wanted to round the bill for tipping but you had to specify if you wanted to tip 5% or 10% (never had in Germany). I selected 5% (given the service, I thought it was more than enough). The selection somehow did not work, the guy fumbled a bit with the machine and then magically I ended up tipping 7.5-8% (which i realized only later at home). I will not get poor because of that, but it's not honest. Thus the...

+sympathischer freundlicher Empfang.
