Horrible horrible place and experience. Extremely rude waiter. The table we sat was never cleaned. We ended up using our own wet towelettes to clean the table and laminated menu we were given (yes, all this in the middle of the COVID pandemic!)

We waited 30 minutes for our order (a soup appetizer). After waiting for 30 minutes, we stood up and got ready to leave. The waiter forbid us from leaving saying "we have a contract" to buy the 2 carrot soups we ordered and didn't let us leave until we paid for it.

We ended up paying 11.40 Euros for 2 soups we never got, smelled or ate. In America, we call this...

We used to come here once or twice a week for a quick cappuccino and a short stay. Staff was never particularly friendly, but our last visit was truly disappointing. We sat at a table for four because it was in the shade (important when you’re with a baby), and they flat-out refused to serve us. My friend had to order at the bar, and even then, service was reluctant and unfriendly. There were plenty of empty tables and other tourists were being served...

WARNING - Without any doubt the worst food durance my whole visit in Berlin.

We ordered 4 different meals, had to wait about 50 minutes, when food arrived it was cold and tasteless.

Also they stamped the reciept, and the messege was clear : They expected tip, and when they didn't got I because of poor food and service the waiter gave us "Evil eye"👀 and pointed to the ammount on the receipt.
