Last Saturday I visited the place and we sat in the inner room of the bar. Shortly after I arrived my bag was stolen. The bag was hanging on the back of the chair and the second I was distracted it disappeared. Happens... The second I realized the bag was gone, I blocked the cards (luckily, the bank told me they tried to use them a few minutes after I blocked them). My first instinct (I was panicking) was to approach the bartender, who was rude and answered me: "Not our problem, what do you want us to do?" Honestly? not too much, be friendly, a little empathetic maybe, try to calm down and help? I would expect to maybe ask the colleagues if they saw anything... After all, many times when bags are stolen, they are thrown away after taking the money. And of course a person whose bag was stolen, money is not the issue. As someone who works in hospitality, I would start with: "I'm sorry to hear that. How can I help?" After a lot of walking around in the place and at the neighborhood in search of the bag, looking in garbage bins, hoping that I would at least find the documents that no one has use for except me, the other bartender (which was nice of her, reacting like a human being) suggested to send an email to the place, that maybe someone left something in some corner and it's much easier to check when the place is empty of people. That's what I did. Sent an email on Sunday. So far (Wednesday) I have not received a reply. Neither to the email nor to the phone i left. It is clear to me that the place is not to blame for the theft and it is clear to me that the place does not have much to do, except to be friendly and try to search the place the next day, instead of ignoring and being rude. it's a shame, I used to like this bar...

Read moreI’ve been to this place multiple times before and it was generally nice; last time I came I had a bad service but I said maybe is a bad day; after last Saturday I will never go again.
Not only two persons are not enough for the bar (owner make an effort), but two person with bad attitude and not caring who is waiting first it makes the experience really negative (bartenders make an effort)
It was not the amount people, because I can wait for my turn even if it’s long, it’s the employees not caring about who is there or the quality of their job, once I complained, I got ignored until I decided to leave (the lady right next to me complained even more and the lady working in the bar looked into our direction smiling, with the attitude of if you complain now you will wait forever).

Yesterday took my other friends there, one of them got beer for 3,9€, paid 10€ in cash & received 2€ back with a comment from bartender “the rest is a tip”. Okay? For tip, which is bigger than beer price :( Probably the other day 4€ extra charge was also “tip”, bartender decided to get without notifying client (we didn’t press any buttons, didn’t have any option to tip on our own!)Yes, the atmosphere is nice, people are nice, but workers seem to be too arrogant and are literally taking money and deciding how big tip they deserved?
