I was visiting Berling for just a few days. We happened to pop by in this cafe/restaurant. it was the best thing I ate on that trip: self-made avocado sanwiches and mango-chailatte. It was so delicious. I want to go back just to drink that chai again. They have great salads and other fresh options too! Very cute interior and helpful staff! Definitely visit if you need brunch in Berlin!

Eventhough the place is really small we waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. The food was ok, nice presentation but I did not think it was worth the price or the wait. The brioche bread was not cooked through.

Das kommt davon, daß diese nach Bestellung persönlich bereitet werden anstatt industriell aus Zutaten vom Vortag zusammengestellt zu werden. Gutes braucht Zeit. Hervorragendes braucht etwas mehr Zeit.

Eventhough the place is really small we waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. The food was ok, nice presentation but I did not think it was worth the price or the wait. Wow, one of THE best breakfast places in the area...but let's start by addressing the elephant in the room. Why do I choose to give this joint only 3 stars, if I'm raving about their food? Offering an EXTREMELY YUMMY selection Fräulein Dickes herself, the constantly grumpy owner behind the counter, is making me regret having stepped into the shop.
