First of all for some reason they don’t do takeaways… we came in person asking if we can buy pancakes and take them home and they literally refused to take our order. So the next day we came again and decided to sit at their place. We ordered pancakes and dessert and when they took our order they asked which table was ours, at the time there was no available tables and they just told us they can’t give us the food which we paid for until we have a table… so we waited a bit and got a table then waited additional 20 minutes just for 2 pancakes. The pancakes are definitely overpriced and small portioned. At the end I was still hungry from breakfast and disappointed. If you wanna pay to only take pictures of your food rather than eat and enjoy it - then that’s your place. If you wanna enjoy your food - go somewhere else. This place is dedicated to Instagram...

The matcha is really good and the price of it is also good!! But I took the matcha fluffy pancakes and you could barely taste the matcha cream :( I think it is quite expensive for what it is, and also you wait a long time. I know the wait is understandable because it is difficult and it takes a long time to make these pancakes, but you pay a lot of money for something a bit tasteless. With the matcha fluffy pancakes you only get a matcha cream and some strawberries :( I think with more toppings it would be better, and a stronger tasting cream.

Also, the workers were not really friendly. I waited at the counter, getting ignored for maybe 5 minutes, only to be told to go to a table and scan the qr code to order and pay. And when the waiter brought my matcha, he spilled some of it on the table and didn’t apologize.

I coincidentally saw a sticker that said luuv somewhere in Berlin so decided to check what is it about, and the first thing I saw were the pancakes on the instagram page, they looked amazingly appealing and fluffy..

I believe in what people say that, eyes eat first.. so my eyes had a pretty satisfying portion…🥞

Finally made it there today and tried two different types of pancakes, and an Espresso.. ☕️ they weren’t close to what i expected..

Starting with the espresso, it tastes so fresh and strong enough to satisfy a real italian..

About the pancakes 🥞 they were beyond imaginable deliciousness.. as a cook and pastry chef I give them the most stars ⭐ for the best pancakes i have ever had..
