Upon arrival no service personnel offered support for finding a seat. It was crowded on a Sunday morning and they didn't seem to care to do at least minimal organising. Customers have been fighting to find seats, and we had to turn a lady down because she was looking to find a seat on the same table. They didn't take our order for more than 15 minutes and we had to go in and chase the waitresses to place our order. And the painful wait has started. Other customers came in, got served and even paid and left. We asked them where our order was 45 minutes after placing it, and they asked what we ordered! They totally ignored/forgot. Then it took another 30 minutes to bring our order. In total we had to wait 1,5 hours from the moment we sat down until we had our first bite. When I wanted to order a tea (because I already drank my tea during that 1,5h) so that I can eat my breakfast with something to drink alongside, this time I had to chase a tea in a teabag for 10 minutes. When I asked the waitress if she could bring the tea soon because I was eating with nothing to drink alongside, she didn't apologise for the delay, but said that they have to put everything in order! Not only they were incompetent, but also extremely rude. I know that Berlin is not the epitome of service sector but people should be called out so that they are held accountable for failing to their only job. Avoid this place...

A small business where you can get amazing breakfast/brunch. I believe that everyone would choose. Staff is super nice, but the staff members don't speak much English, so if you speak German, that's big plus for you and your ordering. Especially because the menu written above the bar is in German only. Ordering happens at the bar, but your order is brought to you by staff member. I would say that the place is seriously understaffed, mostly because it's just one lady that is taking orders from customers when they arrive, bringing the meals to the tables, cleaning those tables, and then getting payments the customers when they leave. She kept forgetting my ordered coffee, but then, she was so nice and so hard-working, that I didn't mind and I also didn't want to stress her out even more. I got my coffee, in the end. Loved this cafe on our trip to Berlin. Loved the cozy interior and there were lots of outdoor seating as well, definitely felt like a local gem. We got cappuccinos and the Menemen, which were both excellent!

The service from staff was above and beyond. We did not realize it was cash only, however she insisted on preparing our order, telling us we can pay later. We ran to an atm and came back. After our meal as we were chatting about how good the homemade granola yogurt bowl looks, she emerged from the kitchen with little sample bowls for us both!
