The service in this place is poor. My daughter was served corn chips that were stale. She has trouble speaking up but told me at the end of our meal when I asked her why she didn’t eat all her chips. She told me they weren’t fresh so I tried one and they were chewy and stale. I mentioned this to two different waiters and they kept saying they make the chips fresh each day. They looked like regular chips from a packet but I have no way of knowing if they actually make them. Still, they tasted stale so I asked a man who appeared to be the manager. He was very unpleasant to speak to. He kept shrugging his shoulders and walked off in the middle of me speaking politely. I simply asked to pay a reduced price, because my daughter ate the dips that came with the chips. I didn’t think we should pay for the chips. Him and the other waiters were stubborn about it, refusing to reduce the price. I eat out a lot and any other place (I rarely have trouble like this) would put the customer first and realise it’s not worth arguing over a few euros. Just listen to the customer and be done with it. What was extremely unprofessional was the man who appeared to be the manager who walked off on me mid sentence. He showed he absolutely did not think I was worth listening to. The waiters disagreeing with me about the chips was also unprofessional. They didn’t believe me and refused to listen. They brought out a new batch of chips after we had eaten and the table was cleared. This batch tasted fresher but we were ready to leave so there was no point in bringing out the new batch of chips. Why not just not charge for the chips and leave it at that. It isn’t a big deal and wouldn’t be to most restaurants. As someone who eats out a lot I found the service here to be one of the worst I have ever experienced. The food was average. I had a baked potato with chilli con carne and there was very little filling and it lacked taste. The cocktails we had, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic, were fine. Very disappointed by our...

We had a really great time at Cancún Potsdamer Platz!
I tried the chicken quesadilla, the cheese nachos, and the Coconut Kiss mocktail and everything was spot on. The quesadilla was perfectly grilled with a generous filling and served with fresh guacamole and salsa that really brought the flavours together. The nachos were loaded with cheese, toppings, and just the right amount of spice, making them one of the best I’ve had in Berlin.
But my personal highlight was the Coconut Kiss mocktail. It was refreshing, creamy, tropical, and absolutely delicious. It’s the kind of drink you want to sip slowly and enjoy. Definitely my new favourite!
The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was quick and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend this place if you’re around Potsdamer Platz and craving Mexican food with great drinks. I’ll...
Read moreWorst experience EVER. -10000/10 This place is an absolute disgrace. First of all, it’s supposed to be a Mexican restaurant, but it’s run entirely by Indian staff who were unbelievably rude from the moment we walked in. They seemed annoyed that we even showed up.
Not only was the service painfully slow and careless, but the staff actually made racist comments toward us as Latinos IN A LATIN RESTAURANT! The irony is mind-blowing. They mocked us, rolled their eyes, and talked down to us the whole time.
It felt like they hated Latinos while working in a Mexican place. Truly disgusting behavior. I’ve never felt so disrespected.
Save your money, your time, and your dignity. This place doesn’t deserve a single...
