I leave bad ratings super rarely, but I really feel bad yesterday and today. Is food supposed to do this to people?
Must say that you provide excellent and kind service, but it would be better to get care not only about the taste of the dishes too, but also about how healthy this food is and how some people feel after eating. (At least have 1 healthy option for them).
In general, if you watch your diet and not used eating very poorly cooked food, it’s better not to go there. I would say the after effects could be not the best. I can't say that we are overly sensitive to food (just taking care what we are eating), so for us it was bad experience.
My boyfriend didn’t have al dente pasta, that known as bad digested food. I understand that many in Germany do not understand this. In any case, you can always ask, do you want al dente? Just saying such advice to an Italian restaurant seems strange to me. In short, my husband also felt not well after fat bad cooked pasta. But he was more lucky than me. I was looking for a healthier option on the menu and found only a salad with tuna, cheese, ham, olives and artichokes. I asked to remove the ham, as this is not a healthy approach at all, these ingredients cannot be mixed, since many people will feel bad after such a dish (heartburn, heaviness, bloating, as a result of a bad sleep, and bad next day, maybe I went to far, but it is what it is). I'm afraid to imagine what will happen if there is a dessert in the order. In short, the fact that cheese is in the same dish with tuna alerted me, since this is the first rule of Italian cuisine not to mix seafood with cheese. But being hungry, I decided to take the risk. Thought the Italian restaurant knew better. As a result, I have been very ill for the last 12 hours, it seems to me that I am digesting iron with stones. Also, please try your bruschetta and compare it with the same dish in other restaurants. Taste was like simple fresh bread with tomatoes on top,...

We went to this restaurant before the concert in the music hall. First, we had to wait at the entrance because we followed the "Please, wait to be seated" sign. However, no one ever came to greet us and direct to the table. After around 15 mins of pointless waiting we had to find a table ourselves.
Then we ordered food, which was rather average but acceptable for such touristy place and came shortly after we ordered. And after the meal one of us decided to order coffee and dessert. The coffee arrived then in 10 mins we reminded about the dessert. Then we had to wait for the dessert another 15 minutes. It took 7 more before the waiter finally paid us attention. As it was the time for us to head to the concert we asked for the bill and asked to cancel the dessert because of such a long waiting time.
And then he started ranting that "it's a restaurant!". On my comment that if it's a restaurant, they could have at least ask if we want to wait that long and if we want to have the drink and the dessert together or as soon as it's ready. The waiter became furious and said that we had to tell it to him and not he to ask about it, which I strongly disagree with.
If this accident didn't happen, I would probably even recommend this place to others and even write a positive review but when the personnel allows themselves to treat their clients in such a rude way, even it would have been the last place to eat on earth, I would...
Read moreFood is good, staff is usually friendly and prices are fair. I used to go there often, despite the usually long waiting times during lunch time. Today was my last day though!
I went to have lunch with a group and the waitress started by asking if we already knew what we would like to drink, so we ordered the drinks.
Some moments later, the waitress returned to ask if we knew what we would like to eat, so we ordered the food.
Another moment went by and the waitress returned to tell us that some orders would take around 30 minutes to be ready despite the place being only half-full, which was not acceptable to us as we all had to attend a work meeting in about 40 minutes.
Note that at this point, we still hadn't got our drinks.
We decided it would be better to eat somewhere else where the service would be faster. We told the waitress to cancel the orders as we wouldn't have time to eat it and walked out the door.
At this point, what seemed to be the manager came out running after us, requesting to pay one of the drinks, which was a beer (the other drinks were water) since it had been poured already (but again, not served to us).
I reluctantly went back in to pay for the beer and walked out to...
