Today went there with a large group following the great reviews. We made reservations, but were not informed, that it would be loud bar atmosphere with the soccer match being shown. We were greeted by a very grumpy man (the owner or manager of the place) with the words "you need to be quiet, because we are showing the match today".
When we ordered food, we were told by the same guy, that "it was not enough" (8 meals for 12 people, knowing their portions are large and we had kids with us and care about the environment, so did not want to waste food). We ended up ordering 2 additional portions throughout the course of the meal, as more was needed. Note that the restaurant was only about 15-20% full, so a larger group like ours actually paid his staff for the hour we were there.
The key guy remained very rude - including shoving our kids' buggy very aggressively into a corner of the restaurant, smashing it against the high chair along the way.
In conclusion: -rude, greedy and physically aggressive manager (or owner?) -noise level unbearable to have any conversation over a meal -food mediocre -the only upside was possibly the price per pizza. But unless you are planing to order/spend a lot, expect rude service
Other staff were doing their best to try to create a friendlier atmosphere, especially want to point out the pizza bakers here.
We have already made known to our network how terrible the place is. Avoid at all cost, especially if you are planing a dinner with a larger group and/or have any...
Read moreEnglish: The food at this restaurant is quite delicious, with reasonable prices and good service, but everything was spoiled by one issue: when we received the bill. The menu does not list the price for a bottle, but it states that all wines are available both by the glass and by the bottle, so we decided to order two bottles for the company. The menu indicates the price for 0.2 liters as 5.50 euros and for 0.5 liters as 11.50 euros. There is no way a 0.75-liter bottle of wine would cost 25 euros. Logically, it should be cheaper to buy the same volume in a bottle than by the glass. In any case, it would make sense for the bottle price to be around 16-17 euros, based on the cost of 0.5 liters at 11.50 euros. Imagine our surprise when we saw 25 euros per bottle. This completely ruined our impression of the restaurant. Even if this were considered normal, guests should be informed about it. The waiter, who had been pleasant and unobtrusive all evening, suddenly began to argue that this is not a supermarket and that bottle prices are the same everywhere, which is absurd and unacceptable. It's a shame it turned out this way because we liked the restaurant and were considering becoming regulars since we all live nearby, but after this experience, I'm not sure we will.
