LêLê — Restaurant in Berlin

The food was delicious but this is basically the only thing we liked about our dinner. We came here based on the restaurant being one of the highest rated ones in the area. However, we faced two problems:

1. The waitress’ attitude: I’m not sure whether she was having a bad day or she was just overwhelmed, but in both cases it’s not an excuse to be hostile towards customers. I dont expect her to go the extra mile to be welcoming but she can at least listen to the customer and not leave mid sentence.

2. The waiting time: we ordered the food over two rounds. The first round came on time (10-15 minutes after ordering). However, for the second order (a sushi menu), we had to wait for 35 minutes. The waitress came a couple of times to let us know it’s “in preparation” but the food just wasn’t coming. When we asked to just cancel the order because it had been way too long, she told us we couldn’t and we had to wait even longer.

Overall, good food but pretty bad service considering the price point. I would recommend to order but...

Highly recommend! When you walk in the staff is welcoming, all smiles and friendly greetings. The food is of high quality and really good. Beware you may just overeat!

We recommend the homemade lemonades, litchi or the mango. Looks very pretty and feels like a cocktail (but is non-alcoholic)

Starters taste great and the sushi is yummy with fresh ingredients. I like that they offer decent vegan options too, so something for everyone.

The waiter recommended the Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, and that was great as a dessert. I’m sure the matcha tiramisu would’ve been great also but we just didn’t have any space...

Also ich kann nur aus meinen Erfahrungen Berichten es war leider das schlimmste Restaurant besuch was wir seit langem nicht mehr hatten. Die Atmosphäre war sehr dunkel und willkommen habe ich mich eigentlich auch nicht so gefühlt. Im Vergleich, wenn ich zu anderen Restaurants gehe, wird im Nachhinein gefragt, ob es uns geschmeckt hat, wie wir es fanden, und so weiter das zeigt einfach, wie willkommen und geschätzt man ist. Nicht jeder muss natürlich das gleiche sagen oder machen aber ich denke das gehört ein Teil eines guten Services. Das Essen war meiner Meinung nach wirklich gar nicht gut.. anstatt, dass wir uns besser fühlen, nachdem man gegessen hat fühlen wir uns sehr schlecht. Uns wurde später übel und wir haben ein komisches Gefühl in unserem Hals bekommen mit Halsschmerzen. Das kann echt kein Zufall sein. Mein Bruder hat mir schon an bemerkt, dass mit den letzten 2 sushis nichts in Ordnung ist. Ich habe auch paar teile in meinem sushi gefunden??? Es war ein rotes Teilchen was auf gar keinem fall zu meinem essen gehörte. Ich bin echt enttäuscht. Ich Schreibe diese Bewertung Damit sie sich in diesen Bereichen verbessern können und achtsamer sind also nehmen Sie es nicht böse und nehmen sie bitte Beschwerden von den Kunden aufmerksam an. 🙏🏼 ansonsten denk ich, dass das Restaurant noch ganz okay sein kann. Das war nur mein besuch Erlebnis.. was leider...
