There is an option to eat inside again. But it is kind of a quest, so here is a tip:
Every time I visit this particular restaurant it makes me regret about it. It is always super slow even when there are only a few guests, super unfriendly and forgetful. And today it was the worst MacDonald's experience for me ever. I made the order at the cashier, showed him my vaccination pass, and ask him if I can sit inside. He allowed it. As soon as I started eating the manager came to me and literally started yelling at me. It was way far louder than could be acceptable for communication for any reason. I explained that I already asked a cashier. I have shown her my vaccination pass again as well. It was found out that the reason for such communication was a necessity to register in Luca. I have not argued about it, cause i always support rules that help to stop covid. There was no QR-code on the table so I had to go back to the pick-up area. All my way the manager followed me as if I intend to make a crime at least. Actually, I'm already vaccinated and revaccinated (4 dozes in total) but I have no idea why somebody can speak to another person vaccinated or not in this way. Actually there is an ingeniously simple solution, what is already used by every restaurant in the whole world: JUST PUT LUKA QR-CODE ON THE TABLE. It is the place where customers expect to find it - ON THE TABLE, not under the pick-up area, not on the trash bin. Hope it is possible to implement it, to help other guests avoid such a...

The problem is that I asked if they had a restroom where I could wash my hands, I have been instructed to go upstairs where there was a lady that didn't speak English with a paper with "0.5 EUR" on it.
Basically she didn't want to let me in (again, not speaking German was not in my favor) unless I paid 50 eurocents which I would have gladly done if I would've been able to do it via card which is something I expect out of any place in the 21st century.
Instead of hiring a person that doesn't speak English wouldn't it be easier to have a robot that has multiple language options as well as...
Read moreEarly morning on Friday 17.11.2023 around 2am - this night shift consist only of male workers, they were all working extremely slow, bored and without gloves. Is that normal, to prepare and touch food without wearing gloves? Or are they just so lazy and bored by this job? They forgot to add sauce to our French fries + one of the burgers was missing everything but meat (pic attached). Seriously, men don’t belong to gastronomy. If you can’t execute such a simple task as to put gloves on while preparing food, or to take a sauce into your dirty hand and put it into a paper bag, then what else can you do properly in you...
