Pizzeria Alte Forno — Restaurant in Berlin

We were six friends going there, some of us, looking forward to try the risotto. The ones eating pizza could easily finish their plates (cartons) before the rest started eating. When asked for Parmesan atop the dishes, he understood we all wanted it, so put it for all. One of our friends doesn’t eat Parmesan and after claiming this repeatedly nothing happened, they wouldn’t give another dish without parmesan nor offered to give the money back. I have reviewed this place previously as 4 stars and today went there to have same good food but it went very bad when the lady giving the pizza kept touching her nose with the back of her hands, then suddenly sneezed above the pizza covering her nose with the hand which is still bad. Heute, 1.08.2020, waren meine Frau und ich im Alte Forno. Ich habe eine Pizza Mozzarella, meine Frau ein vegetarisches Risotto bestellt. Es waren 2 Mitarbeiter anwesend, ein Mann und eine Frau. Beide waren EXTREM unfreundlich, unhoeflich, ja fast dreist. Der Mann telefonierte ueber ein Headset und hatte offensichtlich keine Lust zu arbeiten. Jede Frage (wo ist das Knoblauchoel, gibt es glutenfreie Speisen etc) wurde barsch beantwortet, in sehr gereiztem Tonfall. Die Dame hatte offenbar auch wenig Lust zu arbeiten, stoehnte zBsp laut auf, als ich um einen Pizza Karton fragte, um meine Essensreste mitzunehmen. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefuehlt und ich denke, dass alle beide ihren Job verfehlt haben, zumindest heute. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, aber gleich 2 auf einmal? In Zeiten, wo Corona die gastronomie zum Erliegen gebracht hat? Ich wuerde an deren Stelle mein Verhalten hinterfragen. Kein Wunder dass, der Laden leer war....
